Alden Gallery launches its 10th season with “Wall”

The Alden Gallery will launch its 10th season with “Wall,” a spring group show of new work, opening on Friday, May 26, 2017, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the gallery’s exhibit space at 423 Commercial St. Drinks and refreshments will be served; the gallery is open to the public and free. The show will be on view through June 15.

For this group show, the Alden Gallery asked all its artists to contribute new work inspired by the concept “wall” in any way they chose. The artists are: Ed Christie, Kevin Cyr, Cathleen Daley, Alice Denison, Joerg Dressler, Robert Glisson, Raúl Gonzalez III, Kirk Jenkins, Paul Kelly, Sean McCabe, Catherine McCarthy, Robert Morgan, Paul Pedulla, Linda Reedy, Anne Salas, Mike Wright, and Laurence Young.

The gallery will be open Friday 6-10 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m.; and Monday 11 a.m.-4 p.m. on Memorial Day weekend.
